So, between Photoshop CS3, Corel Painter X, Painter Tool Sai, Open Canvas 4.5(I think thats the latest), or Open Canvas 1.1-b72 which do YOU prefer?
I only have Photoshop Elements 6(useless) and CS3
it works good for me, but i hear the 'rotate canvas' tool in painter is really nice for drawing

I got Photoshop CS3 for christmas! Man, ive wanted it for agess. Now that i dont have to use Elements, hopefully I will be submitting higher quality work
